Well...

I'm leaving for my hometown tomorrow night for a two week visit. I'm hoping to get to see everybody I care about. ^_^

But I've been without internet for a few days and now I'll be without it a bit more. I probably won't be back on until I get back. Hopefully I'll have something to show for my time away. ^_^

So I've just discovered a new manga I'm interested in called High School Debut. 8D

And the scanner LIVES!!!! Bwahahahahaha!
But no, really. I get to actually work on my drawings now. It makes me feel better to be able to do something again. [feels accomplished]

Oh! I got a recipe I've been needing so I can start cooking tomorrow. MmmMMM! Chicken and dumplins. [mouth waters]

So my trip back home to Georgia is postponed until late June. Which sucks because I was hoping to see my family and friends sooner.
And I've been without internet for almost a week only to find that once it's back up and running, someone hacked my Gaia account. To make things better, I haven't been able to work on any line art OR a new sewing project either.

Nothing seems to be going well. And I've had some downtime so I could have done those things already, but considering I never have much downtime in the first place, I spend it lounging around or resting. Not to mention I haven't gotten to go to the doctor yet either and I'm 3 months pregnant. X_x



Frankly, right now... I'd rather be reading or sewing. But instead I'm supposed to be making phone calls and probably cleaning.

So I've gotten several ideas for something I want to do but I'm not ready to say anything about it just yet. :3

And my going home to Georgia has been postponed probably by another week. The funds won't come together until Monday most likely so I won't leave until sometime after that.
However, the upside is that it gives me a bit more time to work on something I've been lagging on. For shame! [procrastinates like mad]

So it looks like I'm heading back home to visit my family and friends for a couple of weeks. I should be headed that way by next week.
And hopefully my mom will let me use her computer to scan some of my work so that when I get back, I can put up some new stuff for you guys to look at. (And yes Andeh, I'll have a fan strip done within a few weeks time. XD)

I can't wait to see my family! Haven't seen them since November, after Thanksgiving. My friends too! And I can go ahead and pick up the rest of my stuff while I'm there. I've missed my possessions. LMAO.
